# ConfirmQ

> ConfirmQ is a Shopify app that automates WhatsApp order confirmation for cash-on-delivery (COD) stores. It verifies orders with customers on WhatsApp before shipping, scores and blocks fake or repeat-offender buyers, recovers abandoned carts, and sends automatic shipment tracking updates.

ConfirmQ is built for Shopify merchants selling on cash on delivery, who lose margin to fake orders, unreachable customers, cancellations and RTO (return to origin). Instead of calling every buyer manually, ConfirmQ sends a WhatsApp confirmation the moment an order is placed, tags the order in Shopify based on the customer reply, and reports what COD is actually costing the store.
