Welcome to ConfirmQ. By installing or using ConfirmQ on your Shopify store, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app.

Acceptance of Terms

By installing ConfirmQ from the Shopify App Store or accessing any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must discontinue use of the app immediately.

Description of Service

ConfirmQ is a WhatsApp automation tool designed for Shopify merchants. The app enables merchants to:

  • Send automated WhatsApp order confirmation polls to customers
  • Send shipment tracking and fulfillment notifications
  • Recover abandoned carts via WhatsApp messages
  • Detect and manage fake or high-risk COD orders
  • Build multi-step automation flows triggered by order events
  • Send admin notifications for new orders and customer responses
  • Access analytics and reporting for WhatsApp communication performance

WhatsApp Connection and Usage

When you connect your WhatsApp number to ConfirmQ by scanning a QR code, you log in as a linked device — similar to WhatsApp Web.

  • Limited Access: ConfirmQ only sends automated messages related to your Shopify store activity.
  • Unofficial API: ConfirmQ uses a QR-based WhatsApp connection method.
  • Number Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the WhatsApp number you connect.
  • Message Content: You are responsible for the content of all messages sent through ConfirmQ.

User Responsibilities

  • Maintain an active connection: Ensure your WhatsApp number remains connected.
  • Comply with laws: Use ConfirmQ in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Obtain customer consent: Ensure customers have agreed to receive messages.
  • Accurate information: Provide accurate store information.
  • No misuse: Do not send spam or misleading messages.

Customer Control

  • Disconnect your WhatsApp number at any time.
  • Enable or disable automation features from your dashboard.
  • Delete app data by uninstalling ConfirmQ.
  • Request customer data deletion at support@confirmq.com.

Data Storage and Security

ConfirmQ stores Shopify order data, message logs, automation flow history, shipment records, and WhatsApp session credentials in encrypted form.

All data is stored securely using industry-standard protection practices.

ConfirmQ follows GDPR requirements and Shopify mandatory data protection policies.

Billing and Payments

  • Free plan with limited message quota
  • Paid plans billed through Shopify
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable

Service Availability

ConfirmQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

  • WhatsApp platform changes
  • Shopify outages
  • Courier API failures
  • Unexpected technical issues

Limitation of Liability

ConfirmQ shall not be liable for message delivery failures, WhatsApp restrictions, fake orders, cancellations, or automation execution issues.

Intellectual Property

All ConfirmQ branding, code, design, and functionality remain the exclusive property of ConfirmQ.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time.
